What's included?
Year-round Mice Protection -
- Includes initial inspection, and rodent station setup
- (2) baited Rodent Stations and one-way traps where necessary
- 2 week follow-up service
- Routine services are then performed 2-3 months, pending activity
Details:
Technician will perform a rodent inspection to identify possible entry points.
Technician will place bait stations, snap traps, and/or one-way traps in strategic areas based upon the inspection findings. During follow-up visits, will seal small openings around plumbing, wiring, applicable areas. All other large openings identified will require customer to repair.
Note: After 3 services, most customers are serviced quarterly as routine maintence.
